Al hacer el pago se me aseguraba que tendría mi envío en casa en 3-7 días, han pasado 11..y la NO SE NADA DE MI PAQUETE!
Además, el cambio de euros a libras se hace con una comisión...

Hi, I can see from Tracking your item has now been delivered. Sorry its taken longer than expected to reach you, the delays in shipping to EU are covid and customs related at the moment and once the item leaves us, there is little we can do to impact how long the delivery time is. I can assure you any commissions you have been charged are due to your card issuer and making an overseas purchase, not charges we apply. The amount we receive is what you see on your order details.

Hi, I can see from tracking your parcel has been delivered now. We apologise for the slow EU shipping time, there are delays in the system due to covid and customs / brexit which are unfortunately out of our control.
