Great product, arrived promptly. Ordered it as a present, beautiful packaging, my husband loves it and is very excited to wear it in the winter months.
The website for some reason did not let me have more than 2 items in my basket, so I had to split what I wanted into 2 orders. Previously when browsing there were links to some products not working....

Sorry to hear you are unhappy and I understand your comments. I have refunded the postage fee but would like to explain what did happen and why it took so long.
Order placed at 18.26 on Thursday would mean it doesn't ship from us until the following working day which is a Friday and therefore DPD would not normally deliver that until the Monday as weekend deliveries are more expensive. However, DPD for some reason did not collect from us at all on the Friday 27th. Then we had a bank holiday on the 30th so the next collection was on the 31st and you received the item on the 1st. Far too long for a £6.50 shipping charge but also a result of an unfortunate set of circumstances I am afraid.
Hope the carriage refund rectifies the situation somewhat and thanks for your support and feedback.
