Hi We are clear about all our product descriptions, in particular the weight for all the jewellery we sell. The weight was displayed and if you compare to the weight of the product received, you will find it a very close match. We provide measurements as well as supporting photos but we understand that despite all info provided, at times purchases are not right. We offer 30 days free returns however you decided to retain your purchase as opposed to return it. You also never contacted us to let us know any concerns about the product weight or value. Without checking what valuation you had for your chain, I cannot comment. However bear in mind that the valuation someone will give you to buy your jewellery from you at a cash or scrap value in the high street will much differ from the brand new value you'd otherwise pay for.
