We are happy to contact a requested hotel to make a booking however if we are informed they do not have availability on the requested dates we must make alternative arrangements. When stays in country cottages are arranged we offer a free pick up from the town and also a transfer back after breakfast the next day and as such there should not have been reason to take a taxi. All agents are aware of bookings and have a full history of same available. We are unsure what you mean by the service being suddenly unavailable however if you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us.
