With regard to the service provided we are very disappointed to hear your comments. We made several iterations of your quotation in order to fine-tune the itinerary to your needs, went out of our way to find a good solution for you in the Costa Brava with the parking you required, offered a discount when requested and even pro-actively helped you to avoid road-closure issues due to a cycling event in the Pyrenees.
In all we believe that we've delivered our usual 5-star personalised service which our other clients (almost without exception) appreciate.
That said if you'd like to give us more details regarding areas where improvements could have been made please don't hesitate to let us know.

First of all , I never ever asked you for a discount, you only reduced the price because the hotel you put forward on the Costa brava didn’t have any parking which I had to find out for myself and the hotel you switched it for was cheaper . I don’t believe you offered us room options , I don’t call the only room in the roof of a hotel with no windows a standard room , I’d call it sub standard , the hotel near Ainsa didn’t serve food on a Sunday and the only restaurant in walking distance was fully booked so we had to drive 5 miles to eat. We have stayed in many Paradors but they oare now not value for money compared to prices in regarding eating and drinking in Spain.All of the hotels we stayed at were fine apart from the two with a room in the roof with no windows , in fact the first one in Urdax was the best and nicest room and if the Wi-Fi had worked it would have got nine out of ten, The parador Lieda was in an area we didn’t feel safe going out at night . The devil as they say is in the detail

Apologies, reviewing the correspondence we seem to have misunderstood - before finalising you queried if the price was 'fixed' and, as some time had passed from original quotation to booking, and the exchange rate had improved in the intervening months, we offered a discount.
We feel we do make it clear that rooms included are standard doubles and every hotel's available room types are shown in the itinerary proposal document but we'll look into our systems to see if there's some way we can improve that aspect of the communication. We're sorry if you felt the rooms allocated were not up to the expected standard but our hoteliers do usually go out of their way, whenever possible, to give out clients the best room available in the category booked.
