I know its only a small thing but we have never said 100´s of free lessons. We do say over 100 free lessons and at the moment there are 152. Each course has lessons and aim that each lesson gives a particular skill or different learning experience.
The subscription packages at the moment have over 350 courses with each course containing on average 14 lessons.

We do plan to add more free classes, but we do add a new membership course every single week which takes up most of our time, but we have a list of new course that we aim to publish as free.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that you had experienced problems viewing the tutorials. We had experienced a problem yesterday where some of our older and many of our free lessons wouldn´t play properly due to an upgrade to the site, which allowed the videos to auto-play. This upgrade means that viewers no longer need to click on the next lesson as the video will just continuously play, but some of the older lessons were set in a different format, which we quickly resolved.
Any other playing issues should only be short term so should you ever experience this again please contact our customer service team on hello@designer-cakes.com .They have alternative means to allow you to view the videos away from the site for anyone who´s really stuck, but our fixes are usually very quick with our servers having a >99% up rate.
Sorry that you have had this experience, but please get in touch immediately that you have a problem viewing and the team will be on it asap.

We are always seeking to improve the site and have set aside a generous development budget every month in order to manage continuous improvements. We have an ongoing development list, but always keen to hear what our members think. When we know what our member issues are then we can we go about fixing them. Recently the auto-play was an issue for members and the scrolling with some devices, the first was addressed very quickly and the second we plan to have resolved by the end of the month.
