Easy to follow instruction. Paul's tutorials can be rather lengthy ( but still enjoyable!) and the condensed versions are useful. I have learned lots since joining. Thankyou

Thank you so much. We are looking at trialling a new style of tutorial to maybe remove some of the less exciting parts. Hoping to push this out to members soon so we'll monitor the reaction and take it from there :-)

Sorry to read that you were disappointed with the Cymbidium Orchid. It's advertised as an advanced class due to the intricacy of the work involved.
These orchids can take a long, long time to make and are certainly not commercially viable, but available for those who specialise in the botanical side of sugar art.
Not sure if you spotted it, but at Lesson 15 there's a highlights video which takes you through all the key learning points in one fast lesson. Now that you have the course the highlights are often a good refresher reference point.
I note that this score and comment is sitting in the Service score area and also in the Product score. I was disappointed with my last purchase. The plane was made out of cardboard and not fondant.

To get the glider shape we needed a stronger structure so had to use cardboard covered in fondant. This is common practice as many cakes aren't quite as they seem! Please contact our support team hello@designer-cakes.com for a full refund.

Some of the more intricate flowers do require a lot of moulds and something we will be clearer on in the course description to avoid this happening to anyone else.
