Good afternoon,
Thank you very much for your feedback and I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with the additional delivery charge, we do have to add a surcharge to some postcodes due to distance we have to travel to deliver and we try to make it as clear as possible. I have tried to call you on the numbers we have available but I wasn’t able to leave a message. If there is anything I can help you with please don’t hesitate to let me know on 0800 029 1000 or via email to service@waltons.co.uk.
Thank you again
Kindest regards

Good afternoon,
Thank you very much for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with the delivery of your new building. We do only offer a kerbside delivery service and I can see that the 2 hour estimated time of arrival text message was sent to the mobile number we have on file. Our records show that the building was signed for by one of your neighbours, I apologise if this was not authorised by yourself. Apologies again for the issue you experienced with your order but I'm glad we were able to offer a resolution for you. I have tried calling earlier and left a voice message, which I hope you will be able to pick up later. Should you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us on either 0800 029 1000 or service@waltons.co.uk.
Kindest regards,
Kirstie - Waltons Team
