Good morning,
Thank you very much for your feedback, I have tried calling earlier and left a voice message for you which I hope you will be able to pick up later. I am sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your new overlap shed. This is part of our budget range which are generally fine for most people's needs. We do supply a tongue and groove version which may of suited you better. If you require any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us on either 0800 029 1000 or service@waltons.co.uk. Thank you again for your feedback.
Kindest regards,
Kirstie - Waltons Team

Good morning,

I am pleased to know that you are happy with the standard of service received. The overlap buildings are part of our budget range and it sounds as though a tongue and groove item may have better suited your needs. However, this shed is a very popular item and I can assure you that it is structurally sound and fit for purpose. However, should you have  queries, please do not hesitate to contact us on either 0800 029 1000 or service@waltons.co.uk.

Kindest regards,

Kirstie - Waltons Team
