O que Trusted Customer disse sobre a Waltons:

Delivery time good had to help unload!

Polite and efficient service but two people on your delivery truck would have saved me lifting heavy boxes off the truck with your driver, resulting in many days of pain from back injury reactance!

Good afternoon,
Thank you very much for your feedback. All of our deliveries are a one man delivery service and our drivers are fully trained with regards to manual handling and do have a delivery truck to help them. I'm sorry if you felt the need to help, our driver assures us this was not requested. Nevertheless, our driver has been spoken to by the Logistics Manager to ensure he actively prevents other customers attempting to help in the future. I am pleased to know that you are happy with the overall service received and I thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback.
Kindest regards,
Kirstie - Waltons Team

Delivered on time with everything there. Needed lots of holes drilled. These could have been pre-drilled.

Good afternoon,

I am thrilled to know that you are happy with the standard of service you have received from Waltons and that you would happily recommend us - this is much appreciated! I am also pleased that you are happy with the overall quality of your tongue and groove shed and I must advise we use this styrene as it is shatterproof and we feel the safer option, as well as being a better option for transit. However, we do take your comments on board as we are always looking for ways that we can make improvements. Thank you so much for taking the time to offer your feedback.
