Due to the success of the recent catalogue we were swamped with orders by both telephone and via the web and a result there was a slight delay in your order being processed. I must apologise for time taken to despatch your goods but our IT team are currently working on a solution that will prevent any re occurrence of this bottleneck and we will be better prepared for the autumn catalogues. I can see that you were overcharged for the postage amount on your order, so I have arranged for a refund to be issued for the difference. Thank you for your feedback. It appears that at the point of order, one of the items you ordered was temporarily out of stock. An email was sent on the 29th June, informing you of the delay and that the order will be despatched in its entirety when all items are available. There is a slim chance this may have been caught up in your Spam filter or folder as the email address we have for you appears to be correct. Unfortunately we are still awaiting fresh supplies of one of the packs of hooks you requested but we have despatched the remainder of your order as a priority.
