When I placed the order I left instructions for the driver to ring me when 30 mins away, since delivery address was unoccupied and I'd be at work, so I'd need a bit of time to get someone down there...

Hi thanks for the feedback. We are sorry the driver was unable to ring you. We always pass the details on to our drivers but sometimes for whatever reason they are unable to ring out.
We have passed this on to the driver to ensure if they can not call ahead they let us know.
