Very frustrating and annoying booking system!
Kept refusing payment from valid debit card with error shown and also script error shown.that meant I lost my first choice of accommadation booking...had...
we have booked holidays on a regular basis with Breakfree Holidays but found final payment difficult on this occasion. Spoke with helpline who advised use of Paypal which did solve this problem.

Experience was good, would have appreciated a bit more info about the caravan after I had booked and a more detailed inventory
I just had a hiccup with paying my deposit but that was my fault but I did get it resolved but other than that it was good
