This is showing as being delivered on 26th March, we haven't had any direct communication from you to say this hasn't been received and we have a POD from DHL. delivery issues as stated. have been using Bradshaw's for 20 years & this was the worst service

I'm really sorry your delivery was delayed, unfortunately delays with the couriers can occur (though thankfully it is rare) however as this was ordered the same week as Easter and the two Bank Holidays, the delay was further impacted by this. It's a shame as a long standing customer of over 20 years you have left us a review of only 2 stars for our service, i can only assume you have been happy with our service in the past to continue coming back to us all these years and whilst we understand a bad experience with our couriers is a reflection on us, it feels a little unfair. I'm glad to see you are now in receipt of your order, and i hope the 20 previous years of good service is enough to convince you to give us another chance :)

We are almost always available to contact for delivery updates if there are any issues with the courier we strongly recommend reaching out to us first as we are usually able to resolve things much quicker than contacting the couriers directly. We are open 6 days a week so easily reachable for any queries regarding delivery delays.
