Very good service and good value for money, great variety of games which are dispatched pretty quickly, even the games that are in high demand!

Not able to get games on their release days unfortunately.
It’s a great service, but i wasn’t able to get the game I wanted on release day, even with it being the only game on my list at the time

I can see that the game has been dispatched to you now but I'm sorry to hear you were waiting for the new release title. We have awarded payback points to your account for any day that you were waiting for the game to be sent. These points are available to use now towards free rental months and discount on purchases!
We always aim to meet demand for new release titles and get them out to our customers as quickly as we can. We recommend just to return your previous rental as soon as you can to have the best chance of securing the game you wish to rent for release.

I think this is a great service, gives me a chance to try games I'm unsure of instead of buying them. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Never really had any issues using this service .
