Provides a good service with the only element that doesn't always work is the payback points system as sometimes it is not allocated automatically and you then have to phone to get it sorted

Really great to hear you've had a quick service!
Regarding your feedback or having the game you want sent out we do have rental preferences on all customers accounts. Yours is currently set to top 5 meaning the system will look at your account and send any of the games you have in your top 5.
If you want to receive games in a specific order it is best to set your account to Top Choice and put the games in the order you want to receive them. This was the system will only send out the game from the number 1 slot.
You can edit this feature in the rental list.

I have sent you a personal email with this information but thought it best to replay to you here as well. As a member on our highest package you are eligiable to rent all the games we offer including brand new releases.
We always advise the way to put yourself into the best position to receive a new release game on release day is to have a free slot at least 3-4 days before the release. This will put you first in the queue for new release games. It is also worth noting that we despatch all new release games the day before their street release date. This is in the effort to have the game with you for release day.
I do hope this information helps you in arranging your list and putting yourself in the best position to receive new release games
