Thanks for your feedback,
I'm really sorry to hear you feel you've had a poor service.
We send and receive games via 1st class Royal Mail delivery, this is so its convenient for our customers and they do not have to stay in awaiting a delivery. Instead our games arrive with your normal letters and do not need to be signed for. The quoted delivery time is 1-3 days in line with Royal Mail timescales. This is the same when posting games back to us. We request games to be sent 1 game per package as if 1 package was lost or delayed and contained 2 games that would mean 2 disc are lost.
Returns that are posted at the same time can become separated within the postal system and can arrive at different times. For customers piece of mind we do advise obtaining a FREE proof of postage receipt.
After reviewing your list I can see that you were sent a triple A new release game this week and do hope you enjoy it. You have a few Red 6+ day wait games that are on older formats. We might not have as many of these in circulation like newer format games. This added with the fact we have no time limits or late fees can artificially increase the wait times. We review wait times daily and we will always look at how to bring these down where possible. Any wait you do have you will receive payback points which can be used in a number of different ways from discounts to free rental months.

Thanks for your Review of our Video Game Rental Service.
We're so pleased to hear you love the service. We run our despatches daily from around 1pm (11am Sat) and when we despatch your game to you we pop it in the post and it should arrive with you in 1-3 days. We send all new release games out the day before their street release date so they have the best chance of being with you on release day.
Our office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm and you can call, email, tweet, Facebook or even use our live chat. Our staff are on hand to help or simply talk games.

We're so happy to hear you think our service is excellent. You can rent hundreds of game from our library and if you love them you can buy the direct from us. Hold onto the disc and we post out the box and manual.
You can use you payback points for discoutns on purchases and even rent bonus games!

Why pay £50-£60 for a game you might not like when you could rent it from £9.99, play it, return it and rent another game all for 1 money saving price!
