I can't praise Boomerang enough!
They are amazing! Always the best service, the newest games, and the most friendly staff. I recommend to any of my gamer friends.

Generally good few hiccups.
The few games I requested were simply never available which was disappointing. However I was impressed with the communication advising me off this.

We're really pleased to hear you had good contact and communication from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service response and helping customers with any part of their accounts.
With older console formats we might not have as many copies in circulation as newer console formats. As we have no late fees or time limits customers are free to hold onto games as long as they'd like which and on these older formats can sometimes increase the potential wait for games.
We review wait times and have them available for customers so they can choose how to arrange their list. Anytime you are left waiting for a game to despatch you will be allocated payback points. These can be used to rent additional games, discounts from purchases or saved up for a free rental month.

REVIEW-
Terrible service when faced with royal mail issues. They know royal mail are bad, they are only getting worse. They should use competitors in locations that support them, my city is one....

I'm really sorry to hear you feel our service wasn't up to your standards. I have sent you an email to understand the issues you felt you had. I can see you we're a member for 2 years and saved over £2,500 using our service to rent games instead of purchasing them full price.
We use Royal Mail as it is the most cost effective and convenient for customers. If we used another delivery service this would be reflected in the price of the service and would increase it. Also customer would have to stay in and sign for deliveries. With us using first class Royal Mail the games arrive with your normal post meaning no one has to be in to sign for them and the price of delivery is included in the package price.
We only see around 1% of items go missing a year with everything we send out which is very small. Any item that is lost generally is delayed as opposed to lost and does either arrive with the customer or return to us.

Highly recommend
An amazing company, if your a gamer you’ll love this. No late fees, you can finish the game and send it back when you’re done. They’ll send you a brand new game, to do the same with.

Good service at a reasonable lricr
Good selection of games, very reasonable plan prices. My only issue is while there are loads of 3DS games to choose from there clearly isn't enough copies as the waits are all really long.
