Hi Brendan, I'm sorry to hear that there was some confusion with your switch.

I have looked into your order and spoken to the supplier in question to find out what happened. I understand that the MPRN provided was associated with a commercial property - currently, we only facilitate energy switches for residential properties. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the name registered on the account, which I believe was clarified directly with the supplier.

I have looked into your order and spoken to the supplier in question to see what happened. Firstly, I can confirm that the application you made on our site was received by the supplier, but that there was a delay in completing your switch caused by a query about the meter at the property. Delays like this are very rare and we are in regular contact with suppliers to ensure that they are avoided wherever possible. 

I'm glad to see that your switch was completed after the delay and that you are now on the best discounted rate from the supplier in question.
