I've just read this review and can assure you the bollards should not be leaning, the bollards go in completely level. We don't use subcontractors for this reason so I will give you a ring to call out and see myself, I would never let this happen.

Excellent service
Very helpful regarding my personal needs.
Fitters were excellent did a great job turned up on time and were very well mannered and pleasant.
We would definitely recommend bollard...
