Normally when the samples are sent via Royal Mail, we trust that they arrive within a few days and if they don’t, customers reach out to us so that we can promptly send replacements. Occasionally, things get lost in transit, though it is a rare occurrence. If we had known sooner, we would have made sure to send them out to you again without any hesitation.
