We apologise for the delay in shipping your item. We normally dispatch within 24 hours but unfortunately due to extremely high demand your item was delayed by a further 5 working days. Following your review regarding the Airack 50 Lite Glass Dryer and our engineers Free Of Charge visit to investigate your concerns, we have established the Airack to be working correctly and to the manufacturers specification. We have though, as discussed, identified issues with your glasswasher that you could address to improve performance and the results of your glassware. We hope you have found our report helpful and if you require any clarification or further assistance we will of course be happy to assist.
