Dear Brendan, Thank you for your feedback. Your Beard Balm was ordered on 28th May and despatched by 2nd class post on the morning of Saturday 29th May. We usually experience a very good service with Royal Mail, but due to the Bank Holiday, it may possibly have been delayed.
