The returns process can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive it. At the moment due to lockdown, we are also receiving a high volume of store returns meaning the process may take a little longer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Initially loved the necklaces and bracelets purchased as Xmas presents. However one of the bracelets broke within first two months so disappointed in the overall quality
