Service was good regarding my refund request but the product was so disappointing. I wont be buying from them again.

All good except that I paid for gift-wrapping in their bag and sent a note as it was for my sister's birthday and it arrived without a note, so she didn't know who had sent it to her.
Really liked the offer of the smaller, eco packaging ie in the bag.
