Poor experience
Extremely difficult to understand salesman. Complicated and contradictory information from two different salespeople. Quote was not given in a clear manner. Very unsatisfactory.

Very good and fairly reasonable prices.
Always very helpful. I have only had to claim once, about 30 years ago when they were British Reserve. No problems.
