Smooth process!
Easy buying process,great friendly staff and the policy coverage looks good. Documentation was emailed over to me straight away.

Confused
I requested documents by post but they haven’t arrived
Instead I got an email telling me to login to get access to the insurance documents
I don’t appear to have had any money taken from my account...

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you’ve had a bad experience and for the inconvenience this has caused. Our team have looked into this and it appears that your documents were sent successfully on the 6th July 2021 to the address you provided. If you’ve still not received your documents, please give us a call us on 0330 100 9903 and we’ll sort it out. As you bought online, your policy includes our 2 months free offer, so your first payment will be taken in September. Please note that your policy is active and your instrument is covered. The online purchase systems requires improvement
I couldn't complete the process online. I called the calling centre on the next working day. The communiction was fine
