First recieved an automatic renewal letter, which was £500+. Did own quote and reduced premium to £350+. Rang the advisor and got this cheaper price, so what was the 1st rip off price all about??

As you are an organisation serving the aged community, I think sending out inflated renewals assuming older people will just allow their policy to renew is bad practice and should be exposed.
