The articles available on the website need updating more frequently: it is annpying to chose an item and then be told it is unavailable. I can understand the reasining when there are some sizes still...

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked your order and can see that all three shirts ordered were despatched to you but you returned one as the colour was not as expected. We have no products on our website where all the sizes and colours are sold out but when we are mid season, we do sell out of some sizes which are marked as "out of stock". All live products on our website have at least one size available. The product is removed when the last size is sold in all the colour options available in a particular style. Our new range of Viyella shirts for Autumn will be added to our website next month with all colours and sizes available.
