We are very sorry that your order took longer than usual to get to you. We did say in the confirmation that you received that it would take 5-7 working days, whilst we usually are much quicker than this sometimes depending on stock it can be slightly delayed. We always dispatch our orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases it can be next working day, but in your case the shoes were not in our main warehouse and therefore we had to call them in. As soon as we received them we dispatched them to you but because of the bank holiday this meant you didn't receive them until the tuesday. That is why we said we couldn't offer you an alternative when you offered to pay extra as we literally courier them to you as quickly as we can, it's calling the stock in that took the time I am afraid, which unfortunately took longer than usual.

We offer free delivery to all of our customers with no minimum spend and this can often be next day if the shoes are in our warehouse. However, we do ask that the customer pay for the return. £11 does seem a lot for a return of a pair of shoes as this is often a lot cheaper, whilst we do recommend shoes be sent recorded delivery it is up to the customer, perhaps it was because you sent them special delivery.
