We have looked into your order and can see there has been a delay for which we are very sorry. We can see that your order was dispatched yesterday and should be with you today between 13:08 and 14:08. We can assure you this delay is not a regular occurrence with us as we do our best to get our orders out ASAP, usually at most a few days and that is only when we have to call the stock in. We have recently been undergoing stock takes, and this has unfortunately coincided with an extremely busy period which caused a minor back log which we have now cleared. However, we sincerely apologise for the delay you have experienced as this is by no means a reflection of our usual delivery times.

So after a bit of confusion everything seems to be sorted for delivery on Monday now, which is good! A really good thing about this company is that there are no 0845 numbers and no menu's or call centres to deal with, staff are fast and helpful which makes a real difference compared to most companies online!
