Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into the delayed delivery with the transport company, and we have been advised that unfortunately on the day of your delivery, one of their team members was not at work due to sickness so they had to make arrangements for a replacement driver / team member. This meant that the route was unfortunately behind schedule, but they were trying to make up time, where possible. We are sorry that this delivery service was below our usual standard of service.

Thank you for your feedback. Our general lead time for "in stock" items varies from 1-7 or 1- 10 working days, sometimes dependent on delivery postcodes, but we are sorry to hear that you were contacted later rather than sooner. We apologise for any disappointment this may have caused.
