Told 3-5 day delivery but took a week to arrive, meaning we did not receive the part and repair our speaker until after a couple of major gigs.

Thanks for the feedback - We do not keep all the EV parts in stock so have to wait 3-5 days from them to arrive from Germany. We will update the spare parts pages with a message informing customers to allow 7-10 days for spares which are not in stock.

as always a very helpful friendly well priced company. unfortunately they use a poor quality courier which brings the rating down a bit as 10 out of 10 are fantastic its just that delivery is poor

We've asked the guy who packed this order to go to Spec-Savers as the part-number was misread when this order was picked. I hope the correction of the order was quick enough for you. Sorry
