The clarity is wonderful and I love the piece that anchors the aid to my ear. The choice of ear buds is welcomed. The only negative is battery usage which have to be replaced about every three days.
Ordered it, received it and it works! We are just happy that ZVOX still supports its old products and accessories. Too bad it is no longer sold in Canada.
