Good product delivered promptly and intact. Resulting in parental happiness. Second class delivery still arrived within 3 days (ie at the front end of the delivery window).
One coaster out of six turned out really dark. It would help if you were told when you were selecting photos if it told you if any of the ones you’ve selected weren’t a good enough quality or would...
Fantastic (if a little OTT in the wording!) communication throughout. Delivery was faster than expected and the finished product was well-made and excellent quality. Will definitely use Zippi again...
