never received my frame and tried contacting customer service and no response.. bit gutted as it was supposed to be a birthday present and it never showed up

I am sorry the item was slightly delayed due the Royal Mail strikes but I can see it has been delivered. Also we did not receive any correspondence from you initially as I think you sent your initial correspondence to the wrong email address. We always get back quickly to communications to our customer service desk.

The website was easy to use, the print is of a great quality, the frame is smart and it all arrived really quickly. I only held off 5 stars because the frame is plastic, not glass.
