Never sent it to my pay pal after the first one and sent me a check for the less amount when it was mailed anyways

We mail via USPS First Class and you should expect it within 3-7 business days. You deposited the check on 01.27 which is the 6th business day. We do not offer electronic payment to first time customers. Once you receive and successfully deposit the physical check, you are eligible for electronic payment on your subsequent transactions. When choosing to process In Mail or Online, keep in mind that this refers to how you send us the card information. It does not refer to the payment option which is the same for both In Mail or Online redemption.
