Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify: In Mail vs Online is how you choose to send us the card information. We do payout more for the In Mail redemption of physical plastic cards. No matter how you send us the card information, the payout options are always the same. First time customers always receive a physical check back in the mail. Once you receive and deposit the first check, then, you are eligible for electronic payment.

Thanks for the feedback. You had selected In Mail redemption which we accept for physical plastic cards. However, when we received your envelope you had printed out a copy of an email which we only accept as an online eCard. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you mind sending us the tracking number for this? We still don't have any record of receiving this card or tracking information from our email exchanges. On 11/21/23, you placed an In Mail order for this $50 card. On 12/26/23 you emailed us for an order update. We responded indicating we had not yet received the card in the mail. You responded with the date you mailed the card, but no tracking info. On 01/19/24, you again emailed for an order update. We responded again that we did not receive the card. On 01/22/24, we agreed to process the order as an eCard and issued the payment. If you do have the tracking info, that would be very helpful as we could see what may have happened in our process, if anything.
