I have looked at the order and unfortunately on this occasion delivery was made outside of our normal 3-5 working day timescales. From what I can see it appears that the order was originally due to be delivered by YPO on 23/06/16 but due to unforeseen circumstances the goods did not leave our warehouse. the items were then dispatched via our courier TNT on 24/06/16 for delivery. Please accept our apologies for this.

I have checked your account and you are set up to receive email notifications. I am not sure why you didn't get anything on this occasion.
