I am very disappointed to hear that your appointment was not as expected. It is certainly not company policy to encourage our clients to purchase extra services and then cancel them. Many of our clients call back their consultant after the appointment to add extra services after having had time to think things through – I am sorry that this option was not explained to you.

I take on board your comment regarding the information in our booklet and will certainly look into updating it to be clearer about the options available.
