Firstly, thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide us with your feedback and comments.
We are naturally sorry that you felt you were disappointed with the outcome. In any market place, there are forces of supply and demand at work, and it can, therefore, take longer to find a buyer for week/s that are considered, by many, to be lower season weeks, such as your late November Scottish week.
However, I am pleased that we were able (albeit not as quickly as you would have hoped) to get your week moved on and that the transfer of ownership has now competed.
All my business was conducted over the phone, their staff were very polite and understanding.Soon as the sale went through we received our cheque.
