It was very itchy and puffy. I'm thin and tall and it made me look chunky. Shoulders and sleeves puffed out like marshmallows

Still haven't been credited for returned goods.

I returned a cardigan in early July and I have still not received the credit for my return. The package arrived torn and the cardigan had mildew stains on it.

Thank you for your feedback, we use a third party service for returns from the USA so it can take a little longer to occasion. I will chase this through our Customer Service team to action the refund. I am very sorry for the delay.
