Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear you have received some garments which do not fit.  We do try to advise our customers on sizing by providing our charts on line.  Please feel free to return the items to us so we can process that for you. The returns address can be found on our website www.woolovers.com.us  We are in the process of phasing out our unisex sizing and introducing mens and womens sizes from November of this year through to February of next year.  We have also put a message on the website advising our female customers that unisex garments are much larger and to order a size smaller than they would normally order.
