Sent me the wrong item, was supposed to get a cardigan and sweater but was sent 2 sweaters one grey one Orange.

I'm sorry to hear about this Aaron. Thankfully feedback like this is very rare, but sometimes, items are damaged in transit. You could have returned the damaged cap free of charge and an exchange would have been issued using next day delivery.
