Hi Thomas. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your flooring. From reading the about the issues you are experiencing in your review, the corners of the flooring are exposed, causing them to chip very easily. The flooring should always be flat at the joints. There are a number of causes for this, but the most common is an uneven sub-floor or missing expansion gap. We were very sorry to learn that the courier had not delivered your parcel on Friday afternoon as expected. As soon as we received your message on Friday evening around 8.30pm, we did try to contact the couriers for you, in the hope that someone was still available. Unfortunately (as expected) they were closed. We responded to you on Saturday to apologise and update you. Despite our own offices being closed for the weekend we of course wanted to let you know what we were doing in the background, and did try our very best, despite our own office also being closed at weekends. Subsequently, a team member started work early on Monday to ensure we made contact with the couriers at 8am. They worked with the couriers to ensure that your delivery was with you that day, and as you know it was delivered just a few hours later. Unfortunately couriers are independent of us and we can have little effect on their performance or behaviour, but we do review all feedback, when considering delivery partners. They can deliver goods late for many reasons beyond our control. We will always do everything that we can to help when something goes wrong. I am sorry that despite our very best efforts, and a swift resolution, that you felt the need to post multiple negative reviews and further comments on social media. While we hate to see any delivery running late, 99% of our orders are on time, but it is unfortunately unavoidable that a very small % will meet a delay beyond our control
