We are sorry to hear that the sample has not been delivered. We had not been informed previously, so were unable to resolve this for you. We have experienced some recent delays affecting a small percentage of our samples, due to the Royal Mail strike. Our team will be in contact immediately to resolve this for you.
Easy to order, delivered on the date selected in the time frames selected. Also quick to respond when i had a question.
Only suggestion would be to send out dispatch emails for all orders so people...

Bad customer service. When spoken about delivery, the driver called and said a different delivery time. In the end, the driver just dumped my items in a different building and when I waved at him, he...

We are sorry to hear that the delivery company did not meet our usual high standards. Unfortunately like most businesses, we must rely on couriers, and occasionally they do not perform as expected.
As with all of our orders, you are always fully covered against damages. Provided you contact our team within 24hrs of delivery, we can always replace the goods. As we were not notified of the issues, we of course were not able to offer any solution. We are however very glad to hear that the installer was able to fit your flooring.
