Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Firstly I am sorry to hear that you had issues ordering, however I am happy to hear that our staff were polite and helpful! In relation to the polymer glue, we use two different suppliers depending on the location of our stores. Your order was dispatched from the store that uses the alternative supplier, although they are identical products, we should have contacted you in advance and made you aware, so I apologise! Your floor looks great down and I hope you would shop with us again!

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you had issues with your delivery, we use third party hauliers and couriers and the odd time there can be an issue with delivery, but I am glad to hear it was rectified and your delivery arrived.

Delivered when they said they would. Laminate looks great in the room, went with a white oak and it really brightens the space. Good value for money too.
