Thank you for your feedback. The vouchers we get on the website are given to us by our partners. Sometimes, they are generic codes that they give to all their partners as well as promote on their websites, and sometimes, we get exclusive codes which are only available to Wines Direct members. Having listened to your comments, we have decided to add an extra column to our voucher code table to indicate the ones which are exclusive to us, that way you will see which ones are found only on Winesdirect. This email is usually to let you know about the latest offers available from merchants and give you some examples with popular wines. If you’re more interested in particular wines, you can sign up to our price alert service. We will send you an email whenever the price of a wine you like goes underneath a certain amount (that you set up yourself).
