Sorry that you never received the screw bit you requested from us – such small parcels have been known to get lost in transit before.
Unfortunately, we were unaware you did not receive the missing part. Had we known we would have re-sent the replacement part to solve this problem.
I mostly dealt with Artur, such a Gentleman, the whole team have done such a awesome job.
I cannot thank Artur enough for his patience with getting all the details absolutely 100% spot on.
