it took 2 weeks to arrive, so I had to use a F&B alternative as my decorators were due to leave. My interior designer was very disappointed, having recommended you.

Having investigated this, unfortunately at the time your order was placed we had an unforeseeable technical error with the tinting machine at our factory which was out of our control. We did email all customers to notify them of this and offer a 20% discount, which has been emailed to you.
